Antwan Odom named AFC Defensive Player Of the Month for September
Ladies and Gentlemen, for the first time since 1989 -- David Fulcher in December -- we have a Conference Defensive Player of the Month on our squad.
Announced on Joe Reedy's and C. Trent's twitter accounts nearly simultaneously (as it usually happens), Bengals Defensive End Antwan Odom was announced today as the AFC Defensive Player of the Month for the month of September.
We've got some things to legitimately be excited about for the first time in quite a spell folks, and Antwan Odom in his second year wearing stripes has been a large part of that.
Congratulations Antwan!
Now go smear Derek Anderson all over the turf on Sunday.
Sincerely,
A Pragmatic Bengals Fan
